The guest house is composed of 1 bedroom (with a 150x200cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a living room with a dining table, a sofa (also convertible to a 140x200cm bed) and a very spacious kitchen. You also have a private outdoor area with a dining table, shade and a barbecue. You can park outside just in front of your entrance (if necessary there is parking inside the premises, please ask us). A vehicle is recommended due to the scarce public transportation and distance to shops and towns. Welcome to our coliving and retreat space. There are three houses on the property, as well as tents and caravan spots for nature lovers. This is a family-run facility; my mother resides on the property in her own house, and there are three additional houses for your use. I am a freelancer and frequently visit the coworking place to work. We have breathtaking views of Ria Formosa and the Islands, in addition to the mountains. Our coliving is located behind a cypress tree forest, and our land contains a variety of trees, including almond trees, carob trees, orange trees, fig trees, grape vines, and the largest lemons you've ever seen. Also, our garden is rather diverse; you will witness my mother tending to the plants and trees. We have a pool on the property, and our guests are welcomed in the expansive and beautiful garden.

If you are looking for a truly authentic Algarvian experience, our house is the perfect Coliving for you. This beautiful accommodation is located amongst the oldest streets in Tavira, Eastern Algarve, Portugal. The house is hidden in a small residential square behind the main praça within the heart of the historical center of Tavira, one of the most architecturally attractive towns in the Algarve. The house comprises six individually decorated private bedrooms, five double bedrooms with double-size beds (150 x 200 cm) and one twin room with two single beds, all with desks and WIFI, balconies or exterior doors and ensuite shower rooms. Four of the bedrooms open onto the small residential square to the front of the building. The remaining two have private patio areas with tables and seating, ideal for taking a coffee or enjoying the sun, or just relaxing. Each room has been designed and comfortably furnished so you can enjoy the space to relax truly. To make your stay more comfortable, each bedroom has air conditioning for the Summer and heating for the Winter. We provide a hairdryer in each room, and our 100% Egyptian cotton towels and linen will make your stay even more pleasurable. The shower rooms are equipped with complimentary fragrant toiletries enriched with essential oils to help you relax. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer and a filtered drinking water dispenser in the lounge for guests to help themselves whenever they like. As well as the communal lounge, we also have a roof terrace where you can sit and relax in one of our comfy loungers. The whole house provides free WiFi access. The roof terrace offers both sun and shade and is a pleasant place to rest and unwind. There is a TV in the main lounge area where you can catch up on TV, news, shows and sporting events.
