Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The 2 houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees and vegetables. Blue Garden is situated 5,5 km away from Samos town center, 1 km after Agia Markela beach and 2 km before Kedros Beach and 5 km away from touristic village Kokkari. Even if the house is close to many points of interest, is also secluded as you do not have proximity or view to the central road. To approach the house that is 50 metres from the sea, you have to drive about 300 metres of private road inside the Garden. The location of the Garden is perfect if you are interested in visiting the beautiful beaches of north Samos (Lemonakia, Tsamadou, Tsabou and many others), going for surfing in Kokkari or kitesurfing in Kedros Beach. If you are interested in hiking (Samos island has the biggest network of hiking paths in Aegean) or visiting the mountainous area of north Samos you can start from the village of Vourliotes that is 13 km away. Samos island has a schedule of public buses but we strongly recommend you to rent a car to enjoy the island at most. Taso’s house was a family home during the last four generations. Like many other Bosnian families we were not excluded from the terrible war that happened in our country in the 90's. During May 1992 our home was not a safe place anymore. We were forced to leave same as many of our neighbors and had to find a safe shelter. In the next couple of days a whole house with all family memories in it was destroyed in bombarding. After the war ended, my family started working on the reconstruction of our house with the help of different NGO's that provided materials for renovation. Since 2008 Taso’house has been a second home for thousands of backpackers and travelers. By providing home-feel like accommodation we have been awarded by hundreds of positive feedbacks and recommendations through the years.

Casas da Levada is a Country Property with 6 individual and family run houses (B&B and Self Catering) located in Ponta do Pargo, on the sunny west side of Madeira Island. Rehut camp site is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Slanica bay at the island of Murter with a magnificent view of Kornati archipelago, popular National Park. Slanica is the most beautiful cove on Murter island, surrounded by beautiful pine forest and it takes just a few minutes drive or a 10 minute walk to reach it from the town of Murter. The camp is located right next to the sea and famous sand beach great for having fun in the sun and ideal for families with children. Due to its smaller capacity, camp Rehut provides privacy, peace and quiet which makes it a perfect place for those wishing to spend their vacation relaxing near the sea and escape the stressful crowded places.

There are several restaurants within walking distance. The house is located next to our own house, but is completely private. If you need anything, there is always someone nearby. The back of the house has a large private terrace with a beautiful view over the green valley with a variety of fruit and nut trees. You are free to take any food you find from the orchard. The house is located in a green, natural environment. Many walking routes can be taken directly into nature from the house. Our house is located exactly between two small villages, both of which are about a 5-minute walk away. The village of Salir de Matos has basic facilities such as a mini-mercado, pharmacy, a cafe and a number of restaurants. On Sundays, local residents bake and sell bread in the village. In the other village of Guisado is the famous restaurant Solar dos Amigos, known for its delicious barbeque dishes. The house is fully furnished and has a fast / stable fibreglass internet connection. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a large kitchen/living room with a furnished work area. The house is approximately 90m2 and has a terrace of 30m2 with large dining table, barbecue and parasol. Lilac is a typical Portuguese house, in which guests can stay in a family house but with a hotel comfort, in the renovated ground floor level of the house. If you are looking for one or two weeks, one month or maximum one year stay, this is the perfect place for you. Lilac is located in the centre of the Setúbal city, at 30 minutes drive from Lisbon city. Lilac Home is also located very near to the beautiful Bonfim Park where you can have a walk or jogging every day, near the train station and the bus stations. Restaurants and bars are at 5 minutes walking distance. The seaside and the amazing Arrabida mountains ("Serra de Arrabida) are a couple of bus stops away or at 2,7 km drive. The landlords with their son and small bulldog live on the first floor of the house which could be handy, if you were to need anything. The guests stay on the ground floor and enter the house from a complete separate door (the Orange/brown door). Therefore will have their complete privacy. Landlords go to the groundfloor only to water the plants and do the cleaning when needed. All the bedrooms have double beds, are private, with private shower rooms and WC ensuite and also have a small cooking corner (NO KITCHENETTE) with one microwave and one fridge in each of the rooms. The guests can also enjoy the sun of the internal cute varanda, with the other guests for free. Clean sheets and towels at the end of 7 days stay included into the price. Parking is free in the neighbourhood, but it is not Lilac's property.
