Lovely Apartment On The Beach

Our newly refurbished apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa which is listed as a protected heritage site. It’s completely surrounded by green plant life at the bottom of Marjan hill, but, on the other hand, Diocletian's Palace and the Split Riva are within 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. You’ll also be able to enjoy a view of the crystal clear sea. This is a 1-bedroom apartment equipped with a double bed and an additional pull-out sofa in the living room to accommodate two more people. It’s ideal to accommodate up to two people. The apartment benefits from a state-of-the-art bathroom and toilette as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The breath-taking living room overlooking the villa garden and surrounding islands provides you with an opportunity to enjoy a blend of modern and classical interior decor. Parking is provided in the villa’s access yard. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance or 2 minutes by car from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva, all of which are located in the very centre of Split. Marjan park forest is close by, as well as numerous beaches, museums, the marina, cafes and restaurants and a promenade. You can stroll down the promenade and reach the city. A bus station is within two minutes walking distance from the villa and you can hop on a bus that will take you to the city centre in less than two minutes.
